Between the two, the route passes Parco Sempione, Porta Nuova, the Navigli, Corso Venezia and Porta Romana, tracing a line that ties together the city's parks, canals and old gates. Our trace of the 2026 course shows about 150 m of climbing.
First organised in 2000 and moved from November to April in 2010, the race drew over 15,000 runners in 2026, about 65% of them from abroad, with the UK among the main countries. If you travelled for it, your race date and finish time make this print a souvenir of your 26.2 miles in Milan.
