Shipping and delivery
Each route print is made after checkout from the proof you approved. Delivery timing includes print production, packing, dispatch, and the carrier journey to your address.
Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery windows are best treated as guidance rather than a guarantee. Timing depends on the print size, destination, production capacity, carrier availability, and any local delivery delays. We currently show order status and tracking when available, rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
How prints are packed
Unframed prints
Launch print sizes are larger than A4, so they are normally rolled and sent in a protective triangular cardboard tube. Packaging can vary by destination if a local production facility uses a different damage-resistant format.
Framed prints
Framed prints are coming soon. When available, they will be boxed with protective corners and strong edges; protective film on glazing may need removing after delivery.
Multiple items
Items may be packed together or separately depending on size, destination, and packaging limits. Separate parcels can arrive at different times.
Tracking
When carrier tracking is available, we will add it to the order page and email you after the print ships. The carrier may take a little time to show the first tracking scan after dispatch.
Address changes
Contact us as soon as possible if the delivery address is wrong. Because each print is custom-made, address changes may not be possible once production or dispatch has started.
If something arrives damaged
Keep the packaging and take clear photos of the damaged print, the outer packaging, and the shipping label. Send those with your order reference so we can investigate a replacement or refund route.
