About the Florence Marathon print
In 2025 the Florence Marathon started and finished at Piazza del Duomo. The course passes Piazza della Signoria, the Ponte Vecchio and the Basilica of Santa Croce, so the line on your poster runs through the heart of Renaissance Florence. Our trace of the 2025 course shows about 130 m of climbing.
Held since 1984, when Orlando Pizzolato inaugurated the first race, it takes place in late November. Italians make up most of the field, with France, Germany and the UK next. Add your race date and finish time, and the print becomes a personal record of your 26.2 miles in Florence.
