About the Paris Marathon print
The Paris Marathon begins on the Champs-Élysées, circles Place de la Concorde and runs along Rue de Rivoli past the Louvre. From there the route goes round Place de la Bastille and out to the Bois de Vincennes, before returning along the Seine, passing Trocadéro opposite the Eiffel Tower, and finishing on Avenue Foch.
That journey east and back again gives the poster a wide, sweeping shape across the city. Our trace of the 2026 course shows about 130 m of climbing. The 2024 edition had 53,899 finishers, briefly a world record for a marathon. Add your race date and finish time, and the print becomes a reminder of the day those Paris streets were yours.
