Route Into Art prints and digital files are custom-made from your route and artwork choices. This page explains when we can help with cancellations, replacements, refunds, and order problems.
Before production starts
If you spot a mistake after checkout, contact us immediately with your order reference. We will try to help before production starts, but changes and cancellations are not always possible once a custom print has entered fulfilment.
Custom print orders
Because each print is made from your route, text, size, and artwork style choices, we usually cannot accept returns simply because you changed your mind after production has started. We will investigate if the order arrives damaged, faulty, materially different from the approved order details, or affected by a fulfilment error.
Digital copies
Digital files are custom-generated for the order. If a purchased digital file is missing, corrupted, or does not match the approved artwork details, contact us so we can investigate and reissue the file where appropriate.
What to send us
Include your order reference, the checkout email address, a short description of the issue, and photos if the print or packaging arrived damaged.
