About the Marathon du Mont-Blanc print
The Marathon du Mont-Blanc starts and finishes in Chamonix. The course heads up the valley towards Argentière and Vallorcine, close to the Swiss border, before climbing onto the balcony paths on the north side of the valley, opposite the Mont Blanc massif.
With about 2,500 m of climbing, the route reaches more than 2,100 m on the high trails above the valley, with the glaciers of Mont Blanc in view for much of the way, before the descent back into Chamonix. It is run each June. Add your race date and finish time, and the print keeps your own mountain marathon.
