About the La Rochelle Marathon print
The La Rochelle Marathon starts and finishes in the city centre by the Vieux-Port, guarded by the medieval towers of the harbour mouth. The course runs out along the seafront and the coast of the city, then back through the streets.
Runners make two laps before the final kilometres back to the old port. The course is almost flat, and the race is held each November, one of the last big marathons of the French season. Add your race date and finish time, and the print keeps your own 26.2 miles round La Rochelle.
