It starts on Howard Street near the bay and finishes on the Great Highway beside Ocean Beach, on the Pacific.
Is Bay to Breakers hilly?
There is one real climb, the Hayes Street Hill, early in the race. Through Golden Gate Park the course runs gently downhill to the ocean.
How long has Bay to Breakers been running?
Since 1912, which makes it one of the oldest annual footraces in the world.

What sizes can I choose?

About the Bay to Breakers print
Bay to Breakers crosses San Francisco from the bay to the Pacific. It starts on Howard Street near the Embarcadero, heads west through SoMa and climbs the Hayes Street Hill, the steepest part of the course, before turning along the Panhandle into Golden Gate Park.
The second half runs the length of the park on John F. Kennedy Drive, past the bison paddock and the Dutch windmill, to the finish on the Great Highway beside Ocean Beach. The race has been run since 1912 and is known for its costumes. Add your race date and finish time, and the print keeps your own 12K across the city.
